Firms Hein and Lehmann have entrusted us with the exclusive representation for the separators LIWELL in the Czech and Slovakia market. It concerns a unique basic product with 40-years-old productive tradition, very successful and in demand on the market.
Separators LIWELL®type
are special double case separators, equipped with membrane sieves for separating naturally loose material apt to sticking ( as for ex. natural mining sand) and loose grind material apt to stick or grain material clogging the sieve. Their big advantage is possibilities of separating on small distinguished boundaries (1-4mm) whereas in those cases conventional separators have got problems with clogging the sieve meshes.

Separators LIWELL® KT
 It is a separator which uses classic sieves on the upper platform (usually polyurethan module sieve system) and special membrane system LIWELL® type on the lower platform.
In the picture there is a schematic drawing of the separator and a table of common diameters of the products.
Given data are for the double platform separator. On a request even a one – platform separator can be delivered.
Separators LIWELL® LF
 Made either a one- platform (specified type LF-ED) or two-platform (specified type LF). Separating platforms of both variants use special membrane system LIWELL®. The separators are made in width 1.0 to 3.0mm, and in length 2.52 to 8.82m.
